The
memorial stands in Guildhall Square, Carmarthen. It takes the form of
an officer in Boer war campaign dress and slouch hat, standing at ease
with left hand resting on hilt of sheathed sword the whole resting on
a granite pilastered pedestal with scrolled buttresses.
