Son of Phillip and Elizabeth Dixon, of Arkesden, Newport, Essex; husband of Rose Hannah Dixon, of 49, Courland Grove, Larkhall Lane, Clapham London. Buried in BRISTOL (ARNOS VALE) CEMETERY, Gloucestershire. Screen Wall. 5. 661.
