Son of Robert John and Martha Elizabeth Barker, of Rose Cottage, Tendring Green, Clacton-on-Sea. No known grave. Commemorated on ARRAS MEMORIAL, Pas de Calais, France. Bay 7.

Private 110577, 325th Field Ambulance, Royal Army Medical Corps. Died in United Kingdom 11th March 1918. Aged 43. Born and resident Tendring, enlisted Colchester. Buried in ST EDMUND'S CHURCHAYRD, TENDRING, Essex.

Corporal B/2988, 9th Battalion, Rifle Briagde (The Prince Consort's Own). Killed in action 25thn September 1915. Aged 22. Born and resident Tendering, enlisted London.
