The memorial is to be found in St. Ambrose Church, Whitehall, Bristol. It takes the form of an ornately carved, wooden, frame with two centre panels containing the names of the fallen in World War 1 in two columns in each section. Below the name panels is a section containing the inscription, all lettering is raised. Below this has been added a further panel contaning the names of those who fell in World War 2. There are 99 names listed for World War 1 and 9 names for World War 2.
