The Benington War Memorial is to be found in the grounds of St. Peter's Church, Benington Green, Benington, Hertfordshire. It takes the form of a floriated wheel cross on an octagonal, tapered, column resting on a square plinth with a two stepped base. There are 19 names listed for World War 1 and 9 names for World War 2. There is one Commonwealth War Graves Commission grave in the churchyard. In many records Benington is spelt Bennington.
