The
Memorial stands within St. Mary's Churchyard, by the side of
the road in Crab Tree Lane, Pirton. Itb takies the form of a
Rough hewn obelisk on square plinth with a two stepped base;
plaques are affixed to the plinth showing the inscription and
names for World War 1 and 2. There are 30 names for World War
1 and 6 for World War 2. The memorial was unveiled in 1920.
