Harold James DODSON

Gunner 13th Battalion, Tank Corps, d 25/4/1918, age 21, commemorated: TYNE COT MEMORIAL Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Son of William and Alice Dodson, of Needingworth, St. Ives, Hunts.

Fred EASTON

Private 17897, 2nd Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment., killed in action 16/6/1915, commemorated: LE TOURET MEMORIAL Pas de Calais, France. Born and resident Needingworth, enlisted Huntingdon. Son of Samuel and Sarah Easton, of Needingworth, St. Ives, Hunts.

2nd Lieutenant, 41st Sqdn., Royal Air Force, d 11/8/1918, age 24, buried: WAVANS BRITISH CEMETERY Pas de Calais, France. Son of Arthur Anderson Fraser and Margaret Elizabeth Fraser, of White Rose Cottage, Holywell, St. Ives, Hunts.

Private 43426, 1st Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment., killed in action 23/4/1917, commemorated: ARRAS MEMORIAL Pas de Calais, France. Born and resident Needingworth, enlisted Huntingdon. Formerly 1554, Huntingdonshire Cyclist Battalion.

Harold Ernest Prior GAUNT

Private 32507, 5th Battalion, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry, died of wounds 9/4/1917, age 21, buried: BEAURAINS ROAD CEMETERY, BEAURAINS Pas de Calais, France. Son of William Gaunt, of Silver Lane, Needingworth, Hunts. Born and resident Needingworth, enlisted Huntingdon. Formerly 1555, huntingdonshire Cyclist Battalion.

Private G/9244, 6th Battalion, The Queen's (Royal West Surrey Regiment.), killed in action 12/5/1917, age 40, commemorated: ARRAS MEMORIAL Pas de Calais, France. Son of the late Thomas and Emma Metcalfe. Born and resident Holywell, enlisted Huntingdon.
