Serjeant 43040. B Company, 1st Bn, Bedfordshire Regiment. Died Wednesday, 21st August 1918. Age 21. Buried Bienviller Military Cemetery, Pas de Calais. Son of William and Ada Furnell of Bridge St, Wistow. Enlisted Huntingdon. Born Wistow. Lived Abbots Ripton. Formerly 953, Hunts Cyclists Bn.


Private 15407. 8th Bn., Bed Regiment. Died Wednesday, 19th April 1916. Commemorated on the Menin Gate Ypres. Born Kings Ripton. Enlisted Huntingdon. Resident Kings Ripton.
