The
memorial is located on the green between Grampian Road and Cairngorm
Avenue. Aviemore, Badenoch and Strathspey, Highland. Itb takes the form
of a relief of Celtic cross on wide but thin tapering shaft and base.
The dedication is written in metal lettering on the front face of the
cross. There are 28 names for World War 1 and 7 for World War 2.
