YOUNG Druce Edmund
He is also recorded on the Southborough Memorial. Druce was a Private (#37028) with the 7th Battalion, Norfolk Regiment who died at age 19 March 9, 1918. He is recorded on the Anzac Cemetery Sailly-Sur-Ls-Lys (III. A. 7). He was the son of Herbert and Ellen Young of 31 Garden Rd., High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells. He is listed on the High Brooms memorial plaque as Private D. E. Young.
YOUNG Errol
Errol was a Private (#2277) with the Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, B. Coy, 7th Battalion, when at the age of 22 he died in France January 25, 1916. He is recorded at the Corbie Communal Cemetery (Plot 1. row C, grave ?). He was the son of Mr and Mrs George Young of 10 Kensington Street, Tunbridge Wells.
YOUNG Frederick John
Frederick was born in Tunbridge Wells and enlisted for service there. He was a Private (#G/4071) with the 1st Battalion, Queens Own West Kent Regiment who died in France September 24, 1916. He is recorded at the Thiepval Memorial (Pier and face 11c).
YOUNG Henry Jabez
Initials given incorrectly on the plaque. Henry was a Private (#G/2173) with the 7th Battalion, Queens Own West Kent Regiment who died at age 21 July 13, 1916. He is recorded on the Thiepval Memorial (pier and face 11C). He was the son of Albert and Ellen Young of 32 Newton Rd., Tunbridge Wells.

YOUNG Lawrence
Lawrence was a Private (#19110) with the 10th Battalion, Queens Own West Kent Regiment who died in Belgium January 18, 1917. He is recorded at the Dickebusch Military Cemetery (L. 36). He was the son of Charles and Emily Young and the husband of A. Cousins (formerly Young) of 2 Albert Cottages, London Rd., Tunbridge Wells.
