(39, 3). He was the son of George (1859-1928) and Jane Owen (nee
Wood 1862-1935) and the husband of Irene Maud Owen (nee Smallwood
1906-1988) of Tunbridge Wells. He was born December 20, 1905 at
Tunbridge Wells. He was married November 1926 in Tunbridge Wells.
He and his wife had one son and two daughters.
