PAGE Harold Lewis
He was a Lieutenant (#572) with the 4th (Malacca Volunteer Corps) Battalion, Strait Settlement Volunteer Force. He had been a resident of 22 Manor Rd., Rusthall, Tunbridge Wells. He died age 35 June 10, 1943. He is recorded at the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery Cremation Panel (Sp. Mem. 9. n. 4), Thailand. He was the son of Frederick Lewis and Lucy Marguerite Page of Singapore.
PALMER Ivan Oakes
Ivan was an Aircraftman 2nd Class (#1637330) with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, 81 Squadron who at the age of 40 died in India May 17, 1945. He is recorded at the Madras War Cemetery, Chenn (9. A. 16). He was the son of F. Julian Palmer and Anne Palmer and the husband of Evelyn Frances Mary Palmer of Tunbridge Wells. His name appears on a plaque at Skinners School and also on the plaque at St Marks Church, Tunbridge Wells..
PAVEY Alfred William
Alfred was a Corporal (#6338006) with the Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, 4th Battalion,. who at age 35 died in France June 4, 1940. He is recorded at the Etaples Military Cemetery (46. B. 16). He was the son of Samuel Horace Pavey (1881-1927) and of Mary Annie Pavey of Tunbridge Wells. He was a resident of 17 Golding St., Tunbridge Wells. He was born in Tunbridge Wells 1905.
PAYNE Harold William
He was a Corporal (#6468445) with the Royal Fusiliers (City of London Regiment). He had been a resident of 27 Long Meads, Tunbridge Wells. He died at age 26 September 5, 1943. He is recorded at the Salerno War Cemetery (Joint grave 11. C, 39-40). He was the son of William Samuel and Anna Elizabeth Payne and husband of Mollie Leonora Payne of West Norwood., London.
PERKINS Albert Thomas
Albert was a Private (#6353116) with the Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, 1st Battalion, who at the age of 33 died in Tunisia April 29, 1943. He is recorded at the Massicault War Cemetery (II. H. 14). He was the son of Edward and Mary Perkins of Tunbridge Wells. He had been a resident of 27 Cambrian Rd., Tunbridge Wells. He was born in Kent in 1909.
PERKINS Edward Cecil
Edward was a Sergeant (#1381973) with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve who at the age of 20 died in the United Kingdom August 26, 1942. He is recorded at the Gloucester Old Cemetery (Plot B. Grave 8902). He was the son of Herbert and Daisy Perkins of Tunbridge Wells. His name appears on a plaque at Skinners School.
PRIEST Frederick
Probably Fredrick Thomas Henry Priest who was a Private (#6347049) with the Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, 4th Battalion,. who at the age of 21 died in France May 28, 1940. He is recorded at the Le Grand Hasard Military Cemetery (V. 5. E. 1). He was the son of Henry and Rose Priest of Tunbridge Wells. He was a resident of Hawkenbury.
PRITCHETTE Kenneth Norman
Kenneth was a Lieutenant (#262388) with the Royal Tank Regiment. R. A. C., 50th, who at the age of 21 died in Italy December 9, 1943. He is recorded at the Sango River War Cemetery (XIV. E. 34). He was the son of Henry Norman Pritchett and of Ethel Alice Pritchett (nee Salter) of Tunbridge Wells. He was a resident of Lonsdale House, St Johnís Rd., Tunbridge Wells.
