Arthur Samuel was a Grocers Assistant and was born in 1892 in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, he had one sibling, a sister Mary Emma, born 1899 in Leicester. In April 1911 the family home was at 224, Central Drive, Blackpool, Lancashire. Buried in FEUCHY CHAPEL BRITISH CEMETERY, WANCOURT, Pas de Calais, France. Plot I. Row B. Grave 20.
