The
Gedney Hill and district Memorial Hall stands in Hill Gate, Gedney Hill
and is a structure built of brick and wood. Two brass plaques have been
attached tot he front of the building bearing the names of those who
served and those who gave their lives in both World Wars. TH World War
1 plaque contains the details of 48 men who returned and 8 that died.
The World War 2 plaque contains the names of four men who all perished.
