Private 234292. 44th Battalion, Canadian Infantry (New Brunswick Regiment). Died 28th September 1918, aged 33 years. Brother of Mrs Susan Houlden of Kirkstead, Lincs. Commemorated RAILLENCOURT COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION. II.B.3.

Private 3883. 4th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Died of wounds 6th January 1917. Son of William Cash of Horsington Holmes, Stixwould, Lincs. Born Kirkstead, enlisted Horncastle and resident Stixwould, Lincs. Commemorated FONQUEVILLERS MILITARY CEMETERY. I.G.25.

HOULDEN

Harry

Private 18876. 2nd Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Killed in action 16th August 1917, aged 21 years. Son of Thomas and Susan Houlden of Elder Cottage, Kirkstead, Lincs. Born Wood Enderby (Moorby on census), enlisted Lincoln and resident Kirkstead, Lincs. Commemorated TYNE COT MEMORIAL. Panel 35 to 37 and 162 to 162A.

Corporal 572696. 17th Battalion, London Regiment. Killed in action 19th August 1917, aged 27 years. Son of George Edward and Mary Ann Otter of Kirkstead, Lincs. Born Kirkstead, Lincs (New York, Lincs on census) and enlisted Shoreditch, Middlesex. Commemorated YPRES (Menin Gate) MEMORIAL. Panel 52 to 54.

TRAVES

Wilfred Henry

Private 597339. 477th Agricultural Coy, Labour Corps formerly 115061 Royal Army Medical Corps. Died 23rd November 1918, aged 19 years. Son of Tom and Annie Traves. Born High Toynton, Lincs. Commemorated WOODHALL SPA (St Andrew) CHURCHYARD.
