The memorial is within Market Rasen Methodist Church and can be found on the vestibule wall facing main entrance door, 4 copper/bronze plates set in divided hardwood frame, three with incised lettering, and a central relief of the Last Supper, with the quotation “Amen dico vobis unus vestrum me traditurus est“ (truly I tell you that one of you will betray me) beneath it.

The names recorded on the side panels are all included in the memorial in the Church of St Thomas, but here give forenames also:

Arthur Bancroft, John Blow, Ernest Boyes, Robert E Clark, John J Faulkner, Herbert C Ingleby, Percy C Laughton, George R Lingard, Frank Lockhart, George E Maltby, Hubert Nettleship, Ralph Starbuck, Basil H Topliss, James Walker.

BANCROFT	Arthur	Private 39698, 15th Battalion, Sherwood Foresters (Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Regiment). Killed in action 16/9/1916. Born and resident Caistor, enlisted Market Rasen. Son of Nicholson & Mary Ann Bancroft, birth reg 1879Q1. See also Market Rasen St Thomas Memorial
BLOW	John	Probably A/L/Cpl. 44252, 2nd Bn. Lincolnshire Regiment (formerly 21801, E. York Regt), killed in action 25 October 1918,. Birthplace given as Hull in SDGW, and in 1911 Census a John Blow born Hull 1890 was living in Grasby, about 10 miles N of Market Rasen. See also Market Rasen St Thomas Memorial
BOYES	Ernest	Private R4/095585, Army Service Corps, Remount Depot (Romsey). Died of pneumonia 21/6/1915, age 38, Southampton War Hospital. Grave N.335 Netley Military Cemetery, Eastleigh, Hants. Husband of Elizabeth Boyes of 18, Linwood Rd., Market Rasen, Lincs. Born 4.10.1876, Bardney, Lincs.
CLARK	Robert Edward	Private 1317, 8th Bn. Lincolnshire Regiment. Died between 1/7/1916 and 3/7/1916, age 20. Son of Ellen Clark of 19 Dean St, Market Rasen, born 1895 N Owersby, Lincs. Commemorated on Addenda Panel 2, Front Terrace, Thiepval Memorial.
FAULKNER	John Jessop	Private 7265, 1st Bn. Lincolnshire Regiment. Died 1/11/1914. Commemorated on Panel 21, Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial. In 1911 Census, age 25, born Wispington, Lincs, living Market Rasen, wife Edith née Veal. Born 1886, Wispington, Lincs, son of Thomas Faulkner.
INGILBY	Herbert Clarke	Lance Corporal, 9835 6th Bn. Lincolnshire Regiment. Died of wounds 11/8/1915, age 20, Gallipoli. Commemorated on Panel 44 to 46, Helles Memorial. Son of Frederick & Sarah Ingilby of Market Rasen. Born 5.1.1895, Market Rasen.
LAUGHTON	Percy Charles	Private 31078 formerly 4487, 2nd Bn. York and Lancaster Regiment, secondary unit Durham Light Infantry. Died of wounds 24/9/1916, age 22, 2nd Birmingham War Hospital. Son of George and Hannah Laughton of 32 Union St, Market Rasen. Born October 1893, Bonby, Lincs. Buried in Grave 8, Market Rasen Cemetery.
LINGARD	George Reuben	Private 24884, 2nd Bn. Lincolnshire Regiment. Died 9/11/1918, age 28. Husband of Mrs. Martha M. Lingard of 8 Church St, Market Rasen. Born 14.9.1890, Otby, Lincs. Grave 39, Liege (Robermont) Cemetery.
LOCKHART	Reginald Frank	Second Lieutenant, 13th Kensington Battalion, London Regiment. Died of wounds 10/7/1917, aged 24. Grave I.D.51, Coxyde Military Cemetery. Son of Lillie Hare Lockhart, of Dunstable, and the late Rev. William Henry Lockhart. Born Atherstone, Warwickshire.
MALTBY	George Edward	Lance Corporal 201935, 5th/6th Bn. Cameronians (Scottish Rifles). Killed in action 24/10/1918, age 21. Son of Elizabeth Jane Maltby née Dowman of 7 King St, Market Rasen, and the late John Charles Maltby. Born Wragby 1897, bpt 15.2.1897 All Saints, Wragby. Commemorated on Panel 6, Vis-en-Artois Memorial.
NETTLESHIP	Hubert Taylor	Private 23496 2nd Bn. Lincolnshire Regiment. Died 14/8/1917, age 20. Son of Thomas and Mary Ann Nettleship of 7 George St., Market Rasen. Born 1897 Market Rasen, bpt 28.7.1897 Market Rasen. Grave XIV.D.14, Hooge Crater Cemetery. Also commemorated on De Aston School, Market Rasen
STARBUCK	Ralph	Corporal 72492, 49th Bty. Royal Field Artillery. Died of wounds 27/4/1918, age 23. Husband of Gertrude E Starbuck née Sturgess of Baronsdown, Dulverton, Somerset. Born 1895, Market Rasen, son of John Bissill & Harriett Sley Brown Starbuck, enlisted Grimsby. Grave VIII.E.24, Lapugnoy Military Cemetery.
TOPLISS	Basil Hubert	Private G/15318, 13th Bn. Royal Sussex Regiment. Killed in action 21/10/1916, age 24. Son of Mrs. Ada Annie Topliss of 6 Queen St, Market Rasen. Born 1892Q3 Wainfleet All Saints. Grave B22, Grandcourt Road Cemetery, Grandcourt. Also commemorated on De Aston School, Market Rasen
WALKER	James	Private 34564, 9th Bn. The Loyal North Lancashire Regiment (formerly 178334, Royal Engineers). Died of wounds 11/8/1917, aged 31. Born 1887, bpt 20.3.1887 Market Rasen, youngest son of John and Rebecca Walker; husband of Gertrude Annie Walker née Coulbeck, of 66 Waterloo St,Market Rasen. Grave XVII. J. 11A, Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery.
