MARSH CHAPEL WAR MEMORIAL

World War 1 & 2 - Roll of Honour with detailed information

The memorial is to be found In Marsh Chapel and contains the names of 31 men who died in World War 1 and 3 in World War 2. The memorial takes the form of a Celtic Cross on a long shaft, with a cross of sacrifice embedded into the cross face, all standing on a plinth with a stepped base. The surrounding area is paved and enclosed in a hedged area with metal railings with gate controlling the entrance/exit.
