17524, Pte, 2nd Northamptonshire Rgt. Wounded 25-3-18, sent to Abbeville hospital, France, then to Guildford, 4-4-18. Discharged unfit 8-11-18, died 23-5-19. Born 1879 in Crowland, son of George & Mary J Tansley. Married Alice Cuddy in 1908. Farm labourer, enlisted 2-7-15, to Western Front 3-6-15, joining btn 7-6-15.
