The
Timberland war memorial is to be found at timberland church and takes
the form of a clock tower with dedicatory stone tablets placed on the
outer wall of one side of the existing tower with the inscription in
black lettering. It contains the 15 names of the fallen in World War
1 and 2 names for World War 2. It was unveiled 20th May 1920 by the
Bishop of Lincoln. Details appeared in the Lincoln chronicle 22nd May
1920.

To
the glory of God and in remembrance of the men who in the
Great War 1914 – 1918 laid down their lives for the sake of right
and honour and freedom the clock in this tower is dedicated.
