The Memorial is situated on the Glanypwyll Road/A470, Rhiwbryfdir, Meirionnydd, Gwynedd. It takes the form of a large slate tablet with brick pillars each side standing on a stepped base with surrounding paved area and railings. Engraved leeks at top corners and lettering in gold. There are 24 names listed. The memorial was unveiled circa 1920's. The names here have been sorted into alphabetical order for the ease of reading and research.
