The monument is in the churchyard of the Priory Church of St Mary. It takes the form of a cross atop a three-step plinth. The front of the monument is close to the metal railings which form the boundary of the churchyard.

Around the base of the monument are recorded 51 names from the First World War, and on the wide part of the cross are twelve names from the Second World War. There is no information about ranks or units.
