WAR MEMORIAL
World
War 1 & 2 - Detailed Information
Compiled and Copyright © Mick Tilley 2007
The
Earsham memorial takes the form of a cross on a tapering shaft mounted
on plinth with a four-stepped base and stands beside the village green.
The names for World War 1 are divided into Navy and Army and number
25; for World War 2 there are 7 names. The names all supplemented with
the Regiment and sometimes the rank. The same names appear on a wooden
roll of honour within Earsham All Saints church.
