To the right of the entrance, inside the Church of St. John The Baptist in Stiffkey (pronounced Stewkley) is a memorial the consists of a marble plaque inscribed with various company Badges inset with names. The World War 1 dead are represented on the plaque, with date of death, and also there is a further Roll of Honour, handwritten and painted on silk which can be found to the right of the bell tower which contains all but one of the men on the plaque. There is a further roll of men who served in World War 1. There is also a village memorial next to doctors' surgery on A 149 containing the same name as the church. For World War 2 there is a Roll of Honour for the men who died, with the service their were in and the month and year in which they died, plus a further roll of those who served.
