SLIEMA WORLD WAR 2 MEMORIAL, MALTA

Detailed World War 2
Compiled & Copyright © Martin Edwards 2024

Sleima is a town on the bay next to Valetta, the capital of Malta. The memorial stands on a isolated park area by the promenade in Sliema. The names here have been compared to the Commonwealth War Graves Commission records. This has resulted in discrepancy between the database and the memorial. The names here are listed as CWGC, memorial or Both to denoted where they apply. Names sometimes differ due to the difference in languages and location; hopefully these have been dealth with. In all there are 229 names listed here for World War 2 but there may be a few that have not yet been found and associted with Sliema.
