The
Alvescot war memorial is to be found next to St peters Church of England
Infants School on the A4020 in Alvescot, Oxfordshire. It takes the form
of a simple stone wheel cross atop a stone pedestal with the names and
inscriptions carved in to the pedestal. There are ten names for World
War 1 and 2 for World War 2.
