MILFORD HAVEN THORNTON CEMETERY MEMORIAL

World War 2 - Roll of Honour with detailed information

There are 113 identified War Casualties in Milford Haven Cemetery, plus a number of unidentified casualties. Included in this number are some of the men who died on the Landing Crafts which foundered in the seas off the Welsh Coast.

We have not yet been able to photograph all the gravestones, but here are a few men from our Allies and from the Commonwealth who are buried in British soil, in some cases thousands of miles from their native lands.

In the Cemetery are the graves of three Belgians killed in World War 2.
