memory of the 10 Crew members of the B17 ‘Sonora Kay’ Fortress aircraft
of the 388th BG, USAAF that crashed at Upper Cilgee Farm,
Llanyre, late on the 16th September 1943, after a raid on
the U Boat Pens at La Pallice, SW France.
