The memorial is located within the parish church of Holy Trinity, Edingale. It takes the form of a wall-mounted board topped by a pediment bearing a crucifix in relief and with a shelf at the base. The memorial lists seven names for World War 1 only by Name, Rank, and Unit.

Sergeant 4369, 2nd South Staffordshire Regiment who died in England 15th July 1915 aged 37. Son of Mrs Fanny Sutton of Edingale. Native of Tamworth, Staffordshire and is buried in the churchyard of Edingale
OAKEY James
Lance Corporal 77072, 1st Tank Corps, formerly 18932, South Staffordshire Regiment died 29th September 1918. Son of George and Jane. Native of Rangemore Staffordshire and is buried at St Sever Cemetery Extension, Rouen, France
WOOD William John
Lance Corporal 71943, 1st Sherwood Foresters [Notts & Derby Regiment] formerly 200061, North Staffordshire Regiment killed in action 24th April 1918. Son of Frank and Jane of Croxall Staffordshire. Native of Croxall and is commemorated on the Pozieres Memorial, Somme, France

Private, South Staffordshire Regiment [No Joseph Royle [Royal]serving with the stated regiment is listed with the CWGC]
RYAN Frank
Private, North Staffordshire Regiment [No Frank [Francis] serving with the stated regiment listed with the CWGC]

Private 203757, 1st Leicestershire Regiment died 22nd March 1918 aged 36. Son of Thomas and Emma Wilcox, of Harlaston, Tamworth; husband of Ethel Annie Wilcox, of Edingale, Tamworth, Staffs. Commemorated on the Arras Memorial, France
