The memorials for Eastern Coach Works (ECW), Lowestoft are now held in the Lowestoft War Memorial Museum. Several other memorials are also held in the museum. The World War 2 memorial is in the form of metal plate with names apllied in white, the National Service memorial is in the form of a wooden plaque with black lettering.

Private 5827011, 4th Battalion, Suffolk Regiment. Died on 15th febvruary 1942, the day that Singapore fell to the Japanese. Aged 21. Son of Harry and Elsie Balls, of Lowestoft, Suffolk. known grave. Commemorated on SINGAPORE MEMORIAL, Kranji War Cemetery, Singapore. Column 54.
