Lieutenant, 8th (Pioneer) Battalion, Royal Sussex Regiment. Killed in action 8th August 1917. Aged 27. Son of Maud H. Calvert, of Whitehall, Nailsworth, Stroud, Gloucester. Buried in DICKEBUSCH NEW MILITARY CEMETERY EXTENSION, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Plot IV. Row C. Grave 1.
