There are two memorials within the church at Hellingly and a single war memorial in the cemetery for both wars. Those appearing in the church are marked with and *† those appearing on the memorial are marked †. The memorial in the cemetery takes the form of a broken column of stone standing on a tapering plinth which in turn stands ona two-stepped base. the inscription and the names are on the plinth and the top step of the base. There are 51 names listed for World War 1 and 18 for World War 2.
