NEWHAVEN WAR MEMORIAL

World War 1 - Roll of Honour with detailed information
Compiled and copyright © Chris Comber 2006

The obelisk has recently been re-sited in a little park by the harbour along with other memorials. This is a great improvement on its previous location and the authorities are to be congratulated. The Marble Tablets record 127 Surnames and initials. There is a Memorial in St. Michaels Church with 90 names in what appears to be chronological order. These men are marked **
