The war memorial is on a polished wooden plaque in the Church of St. Peter which is in the grounds of Parham Place near Storrington. There are 4 names for WW1 only listed with names, Regiments and date of death

Private TF/235223, 2/7th. Battalion, The Worcestershire Regiment. 61st. Division. Died of wounds at Ypres 28th August 1917, aged 21. Son of William Alabaster & Charlotte Austin of Jenkins Croft, Ardingly. Born in Brockley, Kent and enlisted in Brighton. Native of Hastings. Included on Ardingly Parish Church War Memorial. Commemorated on The Tyne Cot Memorial. Belgium

Arthur

Corporal SD/3095, 13th. Battalion, The Royal Sussex Regiment. 39th. Division. Killed in action on the Rue De Bois 30th June 1916, aged 23. Son of Emily Jane Elliott of 6, Kersland Cottages, Hurtmore, Surrey. Born in Parham and enlisted in Bexhill. Buried in Cabaret Rouge British Cemetery

LUCAS

Percival Drewett.

Second Lieutenant, 2nd. Battalion. The Border Regiment 7th. Division. Died of wounds 6th July 1916, aged 36. Son of Alfred & Jane Lucas. Husband of Madeline Lucas of Hammersmith. Buried in Abbeville Communal Cemetery.

Reginald John

Private G/1275, 2nd. Battalion, The Royal Sussex Regiment. 1st. Division. Killed in action at the "Brickstacks" Cuinchy 29th January 1915, aged 19. Son of Mr Weller and Mrs Ada Weller of "The Pump House" Coates, Near Fittleworth.. Born in Dorchester and enlisted in Worthing. Buried in Beuvry Communal Cemetery
