Gun Corps. Died 2nd November 1918. Aged 28. Son of John Bowman Bainbridge
and Mary Bainbridge, of York, England. Buried in Etaples Military
Cemetery, France, LXXI. A. 5. Arthur Bainbridge was born on 16th
June 1890. He enlisted in Winnipeg in January 1916 and gave his
occupation as a farmer. He was described as being 5ft 9 inches,
with fair hair and blue eyes. Also commemorated on the Acomb
War Memorial. |
