BIRKENHEAD BOER WAR MEMORIAL

The Birkenhead Volunteers Boer War memorial now resides in Chester Military Museum. It originally resided in the Drill Hall, Grange Road West, Birkenhead. It takes the form of an engraved brass plaque and contains 94 names. The names listed here have been sorted into alphabetcial order. The men who died are listed as such, the rest served.
