The memorial is to be found on the interior wall of St. Thomas's church in Kentisbury, 10 miles north east of Barnstaple, in North Devon. The church was described by the renowned historian W.H. Hoskins as the 'parish without a village'. The church is located in Furzepark Lane, Kentisbury, Devon, EX31 4NQ.
