draft for MEF 25 October 1915, joined Hawke Battalion 2nd December
1915 until he was wounded. Son of Mrs. Webb, of Station Road,
Southminster, Essex. Painter by trade. Religious denomination
Church of England. Height 5 feet 4½ inches, chest 33¾
to 34½ inches, medium complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes.
In the 1911 census he was aged 17, born Ware, Hertfordshie, a
Malster Labourer, son of Arthur and Maria Webb, resident Hall
Road, Southminster, Essex. Buried in St. Sever Cemetery Extension,
