WAR MEMORIAL
World
War 1 - Roll of Honour with detailed information

This memorial
can be found at the junction of the A4103 and a minor lane, west of
Shucknall, Herefordshire. It commemorates those who died in the Great
War and, interestingly, one who died in the Falkland Islands. The memorial
is not in particularly good condition as it is crumbling in places but
the names are readable, even if you have to clear some of the growth
away! The memorial is in the form of a cross with a stone base.
