IN the 1891 census he was aged 4, born Crewkerne, Somerset, resident with his parents, John B and Gertrude Haslock at Crewkerne, Somerset. In the 1911 census he was aged 24, a boarder, employed in the motor trade, born Crewkerne, Somerset, umarried, resident No 1 Beaumont Terrace, Poole Hill Road, Bournemouth. He married Marjory Ellen Cook in 1913 in the Southampton Registration District. Disembarked 28 August 1915. No known grave. Commemorated on HELLES MEMORIAL, Turkey (including Gallipoli).
