Son of Lewis and Mary Oakley; husband of Linda Rose Oakley, of 17, Farquhar St., Bengeo, Hertford. No known grave. Commemorated on YPRES (MENIN GATE) MEMORIAL, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Panel 31 and 33.
