Odsey is a hamlet of Steeple Morden, situated near Ashwell and Morden station. The memorial is on the west side of the road between Steeple Morden and the station, between the Ashwell road and the station.

BEALE	Arthur C	Private 40417, 7th Battalion, Northamptonshire Regiment. Killed in action 31 july 1917. Born Royston, enlisted Hitchin. Formerly 45263, Suffolk Regiment. Son of John Beale and Alice Beale (nee Siggins). Buried in PERTH CEMETERY (CHINA WALL), West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Plot II. Row K. Grave 19.
FLACK, DCM	William Arthur	Second Lieutenant, 27th Trench Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery. Died of wounds 19 December 1915. Aged 22. Son of Arthur and Rosetta Flack, of Rock Rd., Royston, Herts. Awarded the Distinguished Conduct Mesal (D.C.M.). Buried in BOULOGNE EASTERN CEMETERY, Pas de Calais, France. Plot VIII. Row C. Grave 70.
HARRADINE	George	Private 29765, "C" Company, 7th Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment. Died of wounds 26 April 1918. Aged 34. Born and resident Ashwell, enlisted Bedford. Son of Eliza and the late William Harradine, of Ashwell Station, nr. Baldock, Herts. Buried in CROUY BRITISH CEMETERY, CROUY-SUR-SOMME Somme, France. Plot I. Row E. Grave 17.

KING	Albert George	Private 27593, 1st Battalion, Border Regiment. Died of wounds 16 May 1917. Aged 20. Enlisted Hitchin, resident Ashwell. Son of John Edward and Sophia King, of Slip Inn, Ashwell, Herts. Formerly 6297, Essex Regiment. Buried in DUISANS BRITISH CEMETERY, ETRUN Pas de Calais, France. Plot IV. Row L. Grave 20.
KING	Wallace Frederick	Private 27811, 1st Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment. Killed in action 23 April 1917. Aged 24. Born Sandon, Herts, enlisted Bedford, resident Slip End, Luton. Son of Mr. J. and Mrs. S. King, of Slip End, Ashwell, Baldock, Herts. No known grave. Commemorated on ARRAS MEMORIAL, Pas de Calais, France. Bay 5.
WHITE	E	Probably: Ernest WHITE, Private 32178, 2nd/8th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers. Died of wounds 7 February 1918. Aged 25. Enlisted London, resident Steeple Morden. Son of Frederick White, of 76, Campers Walk, Letchworth, Herts. Buried in LIJSSENTHOEK MILITARY CEMETERY Poperinge, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Plot XXVII. Row FF. Grave 10. See also Steeple Morden.
