ASHCROFT	Henry	Private 56662 [SDGW states 5662], 20th Battalion, King’s (Liverpool Regiment). Killed in action 31st July 1917. Born and resident LAthom, enlisted Ormskirk. No known grave. Commemorated on Ypres Menin Gate memorial to the missing
BIMPSON	John	[Spelt BIMSON on SDGW & CWGC] Private 5848, 1st/8th Battalion, King's (Liverpool Regiment). Killed in action 17th December 1916. Aged 25. Born Skelmersdale, enlisted Seaforth, resident Lathom. Eldest son of James and Ellen Bimson, of Lathom, Skelmersdale, Lancs. Buried in Vlamertinghe Military cemetery, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
CAPP	Charles Frederick	Private 145747, 36th Battalion, Machine Gun Corps. Died 5th October 1918. Aged 22 years. Son of Charles and Edith Capp, of Blythe Cottage, Lathom, Ormskirk, Lancs. Buried in Lijssenthoek military cemetery, Belgium
CHIDGEY	Fred	Private 54396, 15th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers. Killed in action 2nd November 1918. Aged 19 years. Born Lathom, enlisted Ormskirk. Son of John and Margaret Chidgey, of Hall Lane, Lathom, Ormskirk. Lancs. Buried in Ors British Cemetery, France.
FLETCHER	William	Corporal 49397, 4th Battalion, King's (Liverpool Regiment). Killed in action 3rd February 1917. Born Lathom, enlisted and resident Ormskirk. Buried in Peronne Communal Cemetery, Somme, France.

GIBBONS	John Edwin	[Listed as Edward on SDGW] Private 203338, 1st/12th Battalion, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Died 25th October 1918. Aged 24 years. Born and resident Lathom, enlisted Ormskirk. Son of George and Agnes Gibbons, of Lathom, Ormskirk. Formerly 1336, King's (Liverpool Regiment). Buried in Terlincthun British cemetery, Wimille, France.

LANGTON	Robert	Private 260232,11th Battalion, Border Regiment. Died 1st October 1917. Aged 25 years. Husband of Elizabeth Ellen Langton, of Moss Bridge, Lathom, Ormskirk. Buried in Coxyde military cemetery, Belgium.
LEYLAND	Joseph [Richard]	Lance Corporal 488485, Labour Corps. Died 25th May 1918. Aged 26 years. Born Ormskirk, enlisted SOuthport, resident Lathom. Son of Robert and Katherine Leyland, of Hall Lane, Lathom, Ormskirk. Formerly 19872, 14th Battalion, King’s (Liverpool Regiment). Buried in Mikra British cemetery, Kalamaria, Greece.
MEADOWS	William	[Listed as MEADOW on SDGW & CWGC] Private 332084, 9th Battalion, King's (Liverpool Regiment). Died of wounds 2nd September 1918. Aged 31. Born and resident Lathom, enlisted Seaforth. Son of George and Elizabeth Meadow, of Lathom, Ormskirk, Lancs. Buried in Bac-du-Sud British Cemetery, Bailleulval, Pas de Calais, France.
SMITH	John Robert	Private 332822, 9th Battalion, King's (Liverpool Regiment). Killed in action 31st July 1917. Enlisted Ormskirk, resident Lathom. No known grave. Commemorated on Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
STOPFORTH	William	Private 39026, 2nd/5th Battalion, East Lancashire Regiment. Died 21st March 1918. No known grave. Commemorated on Pozieres memorial, Somme, France
SKIRTEN	William R	Private 20622, 6th Battalion, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Died 4/06/th June 1916. Aged 19. Son of Joseph and Sarah Skirten, of Uckington, Cheltenham. Born at Boddington, Cheltenham. Buried in Amara War Cemetery, Iraq.
TWIST	Robert	Gunner 106770, 214th Siege Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery. Died 28th June 1917. Aged 24. Husband of Lily Johnson (formerly Twist), of 38, Daisy Lane, Lathom, nr. Ormskirk, Lancs. Buried in Vlamertinghe New Cemetery, Ypres.
WESTHEAD	John	Staff Sergeant TS/9054, 39th Div. HQ, Royal Army Service Corps. Died 21st October 1916. Aged 44. Step-son of John Cave; husband of Eliza Westhead, of Briars Lane, Lathom, Ormskirk. Native of Lathom. Buried in Bouzincourt communal cemetery extension, Somme, France.
WALLBANK	Robert Wilfred	Gunner 201994, 229th Anti-Aircraft Section, Royal Garrison Artillery. Died 23rd March 1919. Aged 22 years. Son of Ellen and the late Robert Wallbanks, of Hoscar Cross, Lathom, nr. Ormskirk, Lancs. Buried in Abbeville communal cemetery extension, Somme, France.

ATKINS	James Henry	Captain EC/3823, 1st Battalion, 2nd King Edward VII's Own Gurkha Rifles (The Sirmoor Rifles). Died 27th May 1944. Aged 23 years. Son of Arthur Henry and Hilda Clare Atkins, of Lathom, Lancashire. Buried in Sangro River war cemetery.
STRINGFELLOW	Richard	Pilot Officer (Observer) 113486, 104 Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. Died 28th June 1942. Aged 29 years. Son of Thomas and Alice Stringfellow, of Lathom, Lancashire. M.A.(Sheffield). Buried in Fayid war cemetery, Egypt.
WEBSTER	Francis William	Sergeant Navigator 1685818, 138 Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. Died 23rd February 1945. Aged 22 years. Son of Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Webster, of Lathom, Lancashire. Buried in Norre Havrvig churchyard, Jutland, Denmark.
