February 1919 in the casualty clearing station, Mons, Belgium. Aa
notice to this effect appeared in the Grantham journal from his
wife of Barkston le Willows and also stated that he wasaged 31.
Born Brandon, in the parish of Hough on the Hill 1888. Buried in
MONS (BERGEN) COMMUNAL CEMETERY, Hainaut, Belgium. Plot X. Row B.
Grave 10. Also commemorated on Hough
on the Hill war memorial. |
