As well as the exterior memorial for Bilsby there are several othe rmemorials within the church of Holy Trinity. There is one to a man who died as a result of wounds in received World War 1, a Roll of Honour of those who served in World War 2, a photograph of the soliders of 24th Field Regiment, Royal Artillery in World War 2 and a further plaque to those who served in World War 2.

MASON	John	In grateful memory of Major John Mason Distinguished Service Order, Military Cross. Royal Engineers. Born at Bilsby 1870, died from wounds received in the Great War 1921. Does not appear CWGC and no other known commemoration.
The World War 1939 – 1945. On active service from Bilsby–with–Farlesthorpe.

Plaque on pulpit.
In gratitude to the parishioners of Bilsby who served in His Majesty’s Forces and to the troops stationed in Bilsby during the World War 1939 – 1945.
