The
memorial stands in a small, fenced enclosure at a bend in the village’s
main road (B1168). It takes the form of a two-stepped stone base on
which is mounted
a double plinth with tapering pedestal and an obelisk. The inscription
can be found on three sides of the plinth in gold lettering. There are
16 names for World War 1 and 3 for World War 2.
