World War 1 & 2 - Roll of Honour with detailed information
Compiled and Copyright © Transcribed Bill Ball; Researched Janet Graves 2004

The Memorial is in the centre of Barlings Cemetery, Barlings Lane, Langworth and takes the form of a Stone of Remembrance with a cross carved in relief and the names also in relief, apart from one additional World War 2 name which has been incised into the stone face. The cross is centred on the front of the stone and the names are listed either side of the vertical shaft of the cross. There are two names for World War 1 and seven names for World War 2. IN Station Road, Langworth, there is also a memorial hall which is a single storied building with a tablet over the front door. The same names are listed in the memorial hall.
