The Timberland war memorial is to be found at timberland church and takes the form of a clock tower with dedicatory stone tablets placed on the outer wall of one side of the existing tower with the inscription in black lettering. It contains the 15 names of the fallen in World War 1 and 2 names for World War 2. It was unveiled 20th May 1920 by the Bishop of Lincoln. Details appeared in the Lincoln chronicle 22nd May 1920.

To the glory of God and in remembrance of the men who in the
Great War 1914 – 1918 laid down their lives for the sake of right
and honour and freedom the clock in this tower is dedicated.

BEMROSE	Thomas	Private 7521. 1st Battalion, West Yorkshire Regiment. Died of wounds 23rd September 1914. Born Boston, Lincs and enlisted Doncaster, Yorks. Commemorated LA FERTE-SOUS-JOUARRE MEMORIAL.
BONNETT	Thomas Richard	Private 26932. 2nd Battalion, Wiltshire Regiment, formerly 3/25868 Lincolnshire Regiment. Killed in action 9th April 1917. Born Sibsey, enlisted Billinghay and resident Walcot, Lincs. Commemorated NEUVILLE-VITASSE ROAD CEMETERY. D.2.
CREASEY	Arthur	Private 9128. 38th Battalion, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry), formerly 19017 Lincolnshire Regiment. Died 3rd November 1918. Born Timberland Fen and enlisted Lincoln, Lincs. Commemorated TIMBERLAND (St Andrew) CHURCHYARD.
CREASEY	Joseph	Private 12994. 7th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Died of wounds 2nd July 1916, aged 28 years. Husband of Minnie Elkington (formerly Creasey) of Carrington, Lincs. Born Timberland, enlisted Boston and resident Carrington, Lincs. Commemorated DARTMOOR CEMETERY, Becordel-Becourt. I.D.39.
DOWSE	George Henry	Private 13020. 7th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Died of wounds 16th November 1916, aged 23 years. Son of Henry and Mary Dowse of Timberland, Lincs. Born Timberland, enlisted Billinghay and resident Timberland, Lincs. Commemorated GROVE TOWN CEMETERY, Meaulte. II.H.2.

HARE	John William	Private 12878. 2nd Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Killed in action 1st July 1916. Born Folkingham, enlisted Lincoln and resident Timberland, Lincs. Commemorated THIEPVAL MEMORIAL. Pier and Face 1C.
INGALL	Herbert	Sergeant 13797. 2nd Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Killed in action 16th August 1917, aged 25 years. Son of John and Elizabeth Ingall of Hallams Lane, Timberland, Lincs. Born Timberland, enlisted Lincoln and resident Timberland, Lincs. Commemorated TYNE COT MEMORIAL. Panel 35 to 37 and 162 to 162A.
INGAMELLS	Benjamin Dion	Gunner 133436. M Anti-Aircraft Bty, Royal Garrison Artillery. Died of wounds 8th September 1918, aged 38 years. Husband of Elizabeth Ingamells of Timberland, Lincs. Born Tattershall and enlisted Billinghay, Lincs. Commemorated VAULX HILL CEMETERY. III.A.14.
PASK	Frederick	Private 16724. 8th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Killed in action 18th November 1916. Born Billinghay, enlisted Lincoln and resident Timberland, Lincs. Commemorated THIEPVAL MEMORIAL. Pier and Face 1C.
RUSH	John Robert	Private 93732. 8th Battalion, Sherwood Foresters (Notts and Derby Regiment). Killed in action 3rd October 1918. Husband of Mrs R Rush of Witham Cottage, Martin Dales, Lincs. Born Thorpe Tilney, enlisted Lincoln and resident Kirkstead, Lincs. Commemorated JONCOURT EAST BRITISH CEMETERY. B.30.
SLEAFORD	Harry	Private 12879. 6th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Killed in action Gallipoli 9th August 1915, aged 21 years. Son of Charles and Sarah Sleaford of Walcot, Lincs. Born Walcot, enlisted Lincoln and resident Walcot, Lincs. Commemorated HELLES MEMORIAL. Panel 44 to 46.
SMITH	George	Unable to identify CWGC/SDGW. No further information currently.
SPENCER	Thomas	Private 40509. 7th Battalion, Norfolk Regiment. Killed in action 28th April 1917. Son of William and Susan Spencer of Timberland, Lincs. Born Timberland and enlisted Sleaford, Lincs. Commemorated ARRAS MEMORIAL. Bay 3.
WIMBUSH	Ewart Austin Bourchier	Distinguished Flying Cross. Lieutenant. C Squadron, Imbros Air Station, Royal Air Force. Died 23rd May 1918, aged 21 years. Son of (the late) John Bourchier Wimbush and Maud Howland Jackson (formerly Wimbush) of Netherbrook, Ringwood, Herts. Commemorated HAIDAR PASHA MEMORIAL.
Therefore shall they receive a glorious kingdom, and a beautiful crown from the Lord’s hand.
In remembrance of the men of this parish who gave up their lives in the war 1939 – 1945.
COUPLAND	Thomas Joseph	Able Seaman C/JX154656. HMS Nubian, Royal Navy. Died 26th May 1941, aged 19 years. Son of Frank and Martha Jane Coupland of Timberland, Lincs. Commemorated CHATHAM NAVAL MEMORIAL. 42.2.
WELLS	George William	Private 14531857. General Service Corps. Died 13th February 1943, aged 19 years. Son of William and Alice Wells of Woodhall Spa, Lincs. Commemorated TIMBERLAND (St Andrew) CHURCHYARD.
