Holkham
is situated on the North Norfolk Coast to the west of Wells-next-the-Sea.
Holkham Hall is the ancestral home of The Coke family, Earls of Leicester.
The GREAT WAR MEMORIAL 1914-1919 is situated on the left before the
gatehouse to Holkham House and Park. Full name, rank, number, Regiment,
date and place of death are on the memorial; the names have been sorted
into alphabetical order here for ease of reading and research.
