The
Little BArningham memorial stands in the churchyard of the parish church
St. Andrew's. The memorial takes the form of a stone wheel cross mounted
on a base, the inscriptions are in black lettering on one side of the
cross. There are eight names for World War 1, none for World War 2 listed
on the UK National Inventory of War Memorials and the same number mentioned
on the memroial. The names transcribed number eleven, the three extra
names are for World War 2 although there is no annotation as such -
strange. The names have been sorted into alphabetical order for ease
of reading.
