There
are two Boer War memorial located in St Peter's Church, Worfield, Shropshire.
The first details the local parisohoners who gave their lives in South
Africa and one who died in the Egyptian Campaign. This is in the form
of a wooden shield, high on the wall with the details listed in black
and red lettering. The second lists those from Worfield Grammar School
who gave their lives in the Boer War. This is in the form of a brass
plaque with ornate black border and red and black lettering for the
inscribed detail.
